Our approach
At Little Seneca Bilingual Montessori, children are fully immersed in the Spanish language from the moment they begin their day. We offer a dual language environment integrated with the Montessori curriculum, which includes Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Social Studies, Science, Art, Mathematics, Music, and Peace Education.
We offer two programs: TODDLER – COMUNIDAD (ages 2–3) PRIMARY – CASITA (ages 3–5)
Our environments are carefully prepared to support independence. The materials are beautifully arranged and inviting, naturally drawing children to engage in meaningful work. Everything has its place, and the addition of fresh flowers and plants creates a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Cultural Studies
The Montessori cultural studies curriculum exists to teach children about the world and the diverse plants, animals and people living within it. Subjects like geography, science, botany, zoology and art all fall under this umbrella.

Mathematics
Montessori math focuses on hands-on learning through concrete materials, allowing children to explore mathematical concepts at their own pace. By using physical objects like beads, and number rods, children can understand abstract ideas like addition, subtraction, and place value in a tactile and engaging way. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of math and encourages problem-solving skills in a natural, self-directed environment.

Outdoor Exploration
Children are given daily opportunities to connect with nature through outdoor exploration, gardening, and nature-based lessons. Whether it’s studying the life cycle of a butterfly, caring for plants, or simply observing the changing seasons, these experiences help children build a lasting relationship with the world around them.
